Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pawandplayco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please email us with a photo of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, grooming tools and certain pet accessories may not be eligible for return once opened. Please contact us if you have questions.
